Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented critical thinker to join us as an Associate IT Compliance Administrator to support our internal compliance operations.This role is vital to ensuring clients' services meet regulatory and contractual obligations, and that our internal teams are aligned with documented procedures and standards.
The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across departments to maintain and improve compliance routines.
- Internal Compliance Operations
- Coordinate and track continuous staff training on controlled documents, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in reviewing technical operations of delivered services to ensure alignment with compliance standards.
- Confirm headcount and seat count of delivered products and services for accuracy and documentation.
- Document and maintain routine evidence of compliance for internal audits.
