    THE ROLE
    Working in our Newbuilding entity, as a Project manager you will report directly to the Newbuilding Director.

    You shall
    Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations
    Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies
    Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis
    Issue comment on drawings for approval in accordance with shipbuilding contract
    Seek for assistance or expertsrsquo; opinions for specific drawings


    Follow up:
    drawing approval and work progress for you project
    extra and credit, specification deviations
    Provide Pre-delivery purchaser with necessary information to draw the list of initial stores and spare parts
    Manage vesselrsquo;s delivery
    Ensure specifications approval
    Train New Building Superintendents

    PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS
    You are an engineer graduate, naval architect or seafarer
    You have a succesful experience as a Newbuilding Superintendent for 2 years or equivalent
    Fluency in English and professional proficiency in French
    Good project management skills; analytical skills, result oriented
    Technical knowledge of vessel design
    Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
    Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment
    Demonstrated willingness to be flexible to change priorities
    Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
