- Own & propose category strategy for GT & IT categories (included but not limited to Core Software, ERP, Hardware, Resellers, Cloud)
- Develop and define sourcing strategies for GT & IT as per above categories
- Ease, formulate and deliver the Category Strategy, the understanding of drivers, market forces, SWOT, etc.
- Support category knowledge to grow procurement offers and drive category expertise
- Manage International IT & GT contracts/suppliers
- Secure sustainable partnership with strategic suppliers
- Accountable for category suppliers' management (Governance & Business Review)
- Secure supplier selection processes with RFI / RFQ
- Ensure the best conditions in the market

- At least 6 years experience indirect & direct procurement with an international background
- Relevant work experiences in negotiation
- Proven track record as a Category Manager & Buyer
- Awareness in distribution, BtB, or BtC, E-commerce
- Contract management
- Experience in required categories
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to listen & understand to customer's needs (stakeholders & hotels
- Work in international environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Influencing skills & ease flexibility in approach between different stakeholders
- Personal integrity and strong work ethics
