Service SC Material planning & Integration manager

Service SC Material planning & Integration manager
You are part of the global Service Supply Chain and you report directly to the Service Sc Director.

You are responsible to standardize, optimize and improve material management flows for the different activities of the Service product line including maintenance activities, train modernization, parts & repair and Operation & maintenance.

You set up these standards in alignment with the different SAP business process owners and you work in synergy with the Regional and Site SC organizations to deploy these standards at worldwide level.

You support the integration of the new Alstom sites and their alignment to the Alstom target operation model for the material planning activities including demand management and the optimization of the Suppliers deliveries for both internal and external flows.

You work in synergy with the different business process owners (BPO) to support the implementation of the "New material planner cockpit" and the implementation of the new Supplier portal Ariba with the local SC teams.

During the SAP GSI implementation you work in synergy with the SC business process owners to support the change management activities in the material planning field.

You work in alignement with the Supplier development manager who is responsible to measure the supplier performance and improve Supplier OTIF in the Service organization.

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

Graduated from University Degree
Fluent in English

Desirable:

Master's in supply chain management
French

Experience

Mandatory:

Experience of 10 years in industrial environment
Experience of 5 years in Supply Chain (material management and Supplier relationship)
Alstom ERP Management experience (SAP).
