ABOUT THE JOB
We're looking for a
Sales Administration Assistant who will report to our Sales Administration Manager.

As a fast-growing brand, we're facing several challenges in terms of increase of customers and orders, creation and update of order forms, and products registration.

We really need to strengthen our Sales Administration team by finding a rockstar expert in customer services who will be able handled and followed the orders of the customers who will be at his charge.

As a member of our amazing Sales Administration team, you will collaborate with internal partners to gather information about incoming products and share customer's needs.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

Management of client portfolio:

  • Enter orders in our ERP (Navision) and ensure they are being processed, in accordance with quantities allowed by market and available stocks.
  • Send confirmation to clients that their orders have been received and processed
  • Follow order preparation and collection with Warehouse management.
  • Invoice orders
  • Handle postdelivery litigations and complaints
  • Track outstanding invoices, remind of payment deadlines, followup and monitor lettering with our Accounting team
Reporting and Administration

  • Verify prices and commercial conditions in order coupons and in Navision
  • Manage, follow and classify sanitary registration documents specific to one geographical zone
  • Report regularly to commercial and finance teams on current activities and issues.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER

  • You are ready to challenge the traditional ways of doing.
  • Your interpersonal and organization skills, along with a solid sense of rigor, will pave the road to success in this job.
  • Not only you are proactive and able to adapt easily to any situation, but you are also able to work in autonomy.
  • Bonus points: you are a food lover, especially pastries

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO

  • You have a proven experience in Sales Administration of at least 3 years, ideally in the Cosmetics sector (Beauty and/or Fragrances).
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • You ideally have used incoterms and Navision (our ERP) in your past experiences.
  • You are familiar with customs regulations and sanitary registration for products.
  • You are fluent in English and French.
