Descriptif de l'entité et de l'activité
The Data Office within the Industrial Merchant World Business Line (IM WBL) is notably in charge of:

Providing relevant reports to monitor IM business performance worldwide,
Defining IM Data strategy, promoting data and its value to various stakeholders,
Supporting various digital projects through the use of organized data.

Missions & Responsabilités
During your internship, you will be given the following main tasks and other ad-hoc projects:

Quarterly industrial and sales reporting on Power BI
Production of the reporting from countries worldwide (communication and coordination, data collection, processing, validation, publication)
KPI review and analysis with WBL data domain experts
Continuously improvement in the reporting process and visualization dashboard
Improving the data quality in close collaboration with the countries
Gathering feedback and needs from users, proposing and implementing the changes
Promoting the value of data and the adoption of data usage, mainly on the reporting data
Regular communication to worldwide audience through the Community of Practice
Encourage the sharing of success stories and replication of data use cases

Profil et compétences

Language: fluent English, French is good to have but not required
Good analytical skills & critical thinking ability
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, willing to learn
Able to work effectively to meet the timelines
Autonomous & proactive
Rigorous & attention to details
Proficient in Google suite tools
Good to have:
Knowledge of data visualization tools
Knowledge of databases and programming languages
Knowledge of Data Science

The internship will take place in the Group's historical headquarters in the center of Paris at Quai d'Orsay.
