The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for the overall IT Service Portfolio Life cycle for the strategy, vision, delivery with leadership within the organization.

This role involves aligning IT and digital capabilities with the company's business objectives, ensuring efficient and secure technology operations, and fostering a culture of innovation.

The CIO will collaborate closely with other key executives, including the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Technical Architect (CTA), to ensure the success of the organization's technology-related endeavors.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the company's IT and digital strategy to support business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, including IT managers and specialists.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of IT systems, data, and information.
  • Manage the IT budget, ensuring costeffectiveness and ROI on IT investments.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to ensure the delivery of IT products and solutions that meet customer needs and to drive the digital transformation of global project, service, solution, and enterprise architecture governance.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Technical Architect to define and maintain the company's technical architecture.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experiences and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify technologydriven opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up to date with technology trends, emerging threats, and best practices.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CIO or in a senior IT leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problemsolving skills.
  • Deep understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and security.
  • Excellent project management and vendor management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align IT with organizational goals.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation and innovation.
  • Professional certifications in project management such as Prince2 and PMP.
  • Expertise in program management, with a strong track record of successfully managing complex programs.
  • ITIL service management certification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Supplier Management and Contract Management with Commitment for Scope of work / SLAs.
