MISSION & MAIN OBJECTIVESWe are currently seeking an eCommerce coordinator to join our Customer Experience team - Our team is in charge of the AMIEO region (Africa, Middle-East, India, Europe and Oceania)
The mission of the Digital Platforms Used Cars and Dealer tools coordinator is to accelerate the deployment of ecommerce at scale.
Additionally, the digital platforms used cars & dealer tools coordinator will be responsible for requirement gathering, formalizing and working with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure that digital projects are delivered in the requested timelines.
Focusing on the "BUY" (aka Ecommerce) part of the customer experience - the responsibility of the coordinator is to deploy at scale ecommerce capabilities for used cars across the AMIEO region - as well as including the dealers digital experience into the ecosystem to optimize the online to offline customer journeys.
Working closely with the new cars ecommerce team, the coordinator will leverage existing tools and processes to accelerate time to market of the used cars ecommerce solutions.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Business Analysis & requirement gathering
- The coordinator will be responsible to work with multiple stakeholders (global, regional and agencies) to gather business requirements and formalize business need
- The Coordinator must be able to synthesize and analyze business requirements and communicate to project teams
- The coordinator is responsible to work with agencies and formalize the customer journey for the digital platform projects
- The Coordinator is responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues for digital platform projects
- The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth communication in the project team, and, in general, making sure that project rollout is delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope.
- The Coordinator is responsible to effectively communicate with crossfunctional and ensure project delivery
- The coordinator must have a good grasp on project controls including project charters, project plans, issues/risks registers, RACI's, dashboards and status updates.

- Feature analysis and user experience testing and validation
- Leverage data and analytics, AB tests to define optimal customer experience
