    As part of the Pluxee spin-off and listing project and the growth acceleration strategy, the role of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Director, reporting directly to the VP Talent acquisition & design, Employee Experience, and culture deployment, will be of key importance for the organization.

    Main missions

    The Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Director will be responsible for the design and deployment of Pluxee's global DEI strategy in line with Pluxee's organizational culture, social commitments and business objectives, as well as in leveraging internal and external best practices.

    He/she will strive to cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment for all of our employees, ensuring that all organizational employee related policies are fair, inclusive and promote diversity.

    The Global DE&I Director will work at all levels of the organization, actively collaborating and communicating with all relevant external and internal stakeholders.

    This is a hands-on role that requires not only the ability to be a strategic thought leader, but also the ability to execute at a tactical level.

    Key responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive global DEI strategy and roadmap aligned with Pluxee's organizational culture, social commitments and business objectives
    • Work with leadership to integrate DE&I strategy and objectives into overall business plans
    • Collaborate with senior management, global competence centers, regional and country teams to foster an inclusive environment through various initiatives and to develop and implement inclusive and consistent DE&I practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with the Global Training and Talent Development team to design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs that promote awareness and understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion.
    • Define, collect, analyze and report all relevant DE&I metrics.
    • Prepare regular reports, including government reporting and returns on investment for management and other relevant external and internal stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and success.
    • Facilitate Pluxee DE&I champions community
    • Act as a consultant within Pluxee on all DE&I related topics and ensure all voices are heard.
    • Represent Pluxee at various external and internal events.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant diversity and equity regulations.

    You're a match

    • Master's degree in HR, or related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in related roles for large/global companies, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably on a global scale.
    • Strong understanding of DEI best practices and trends.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinking.
    • Ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
    • Strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret data, and provide insights.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
    • Excellent project management ability.
    • Fluent in English and French.
