Bienvenue chez chez ALM Intérim Un Nouveau Concept d'Agence Intérimaire : Les fondateurs du réseau ALM INTERIM sont Martial et Lauriane ANDRIEU. S'agissant plus particulièrement de Martial ANDRIEU : Après avoir suivi un BTS Management des Unités commerciales, Martial a été conseiller particuliers puis conseiller professions libérales au sein d'une grande banque entre 2012 et 2020. En 2021, son esprit d'entreprendre l'a décidé à se lancer et plus particulièrement dans le secteur de l'intérim, son épouse Lauriane évoluant dans ce domaine depuis de nombreuses années. En 2021, il devient ainsi franchisé et développe avec son épouse pas moins de trois agences d'intérim situées à Agen, Damazan et Brive. En janvier 2024, ils quittent le réseau mais conservent néanmoins leurs trois agences, qu'ils rebaptisent ALM INTERIM. Forts du succès de ces trois agences, ils décident en 2025 de créer leur propre réseau de franchise et d'apporter à leurs franchisés ce qu'ils n'ont pu obtenir lorsqu'ils l'étaient eux-mêmes. Et comme ils aiment le rappeler : « Parce que nous avons été franchisés, nous avons voulu créer le réseau que nous aurions aimé rejoindre : humain, collaboratif, ambitieux. Chez ALM Intérim, chaque franchisé compte et contribue à l'évolution collective. » Les fondateurs du réseau ALM Intérim ont d'abord été franchisés avant de devenir franchiseurs, leur permettant de connaître les enjeux quotidiens auxquels sont confrontés les exploitants de franchise. Le concept ALM Intérim a ainsi été pensé pour fonctionner sur le terrain et en tenant compte de ces enjeux. De par leur passé de franchisés, les fondateurs du réseau ALM Intérim ont pu expérimenter et apprécier la nécessité d'un accompagnement ciblé, concret et réactif. Ils ont ainsi construit un modèle basé sur ce qu'ils auraient aimé avoir lorsqu'ils étaient eux-mêmes franchisés, à savoir notamment :• Des outils simples et puissants,
• Des méthodes qui fonctionnent,
• Une rentabilité maîtrisée. Chaque élément du concept a ainsi été testé et optimisé pour la performance. Les valeurs fondamentales qu'ils souhaitent voir prospérer dans leurs réseaux sont ainsi les suivantes : transparence ; respect; réactivité et écoute. Leur objectif est de créer une vraie relation de partenariat, où la voix de chaque membre du réseau compte. Rejoindre ALM Intérim, c'est ainsi faire le choix d'un réseau pensé par des anciens franchisés pour des franchisés.
