    The Role / Responsibilities:

    Join our dynamic Customer Experience and Innovation team as an intern and play an integral role in shaping the future of customer success at Moody's Analytics. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer-centric innovation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the design and implementation of the Customer Outcome Value framework across different business lines.
    • Contribute to the modernization of our customer success by leveraging and sharing best practices on Gen AI use cases
    • Support the launch and ongoing management of our internal digital Customer Success Management community.
    • Participate in additional initiatives aimed at enhancing customer centricity (as relevant)

    Qualifications:

    • Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field.
    • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluency in English is required.
    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to use insights to drive decision-making.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a changing environment.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with a team
    • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
