- Travailler en équipe sur l'aspect graphique des interfaces (tailles, couleurs, polices, icônes, etc.), l'organisation graphique des pages de l'application, navigation et les interactions avec l'interface;
- Travailler en autonomie sur des phases de recherches ;
- Traduire la conception UX en un produit élégant et facile d'utilisation ;
- Garantir un bon design handoff et assister les développeurs lors de l'intégration;
- Animer les interfaces en prototypant des parcours dynamiques et en concevant des micro-interactions;
- Nourrir et évangéliser à l'intérieur de l'entreprise notre Design System. Entre les différentes plateformes et languages ( UI, Prototype, Android, iOs et Flutter ) et le documenter;
- Participer à la livraison et au cadrage avec les autres designers et l'équipe Tech.
- Expérience pro significative de 3 ans min. en design d'interfaces mobile et app dans un environnement ou pour des projets en croissance (SOUHAITÉ)
- Vous connaissez les principes fondamentaux d'ergonomie (web, mobile, app) et les outils de design d'interface et de prototypage (Figma, Protopie, Suite Adobe...) (INDISPENSABLE)
- Connaissance de l'univers crypto/NFT/Meta (OPTIONEL)
- Connaissance du secteur de la Fintech (SOUHAITÉ)
- Utilisation des outils génératifs (SOUHAITÉ)
- Savoir-faire en design visuel appliqué aux interfaces,( attention particulière pour le détail et avez en tête les problématiques de hiérarchie, d'accessibilité, de contraste, les aspects cognitifs. ) (INDISPENSABLE)

Mission
Missions principales
Vous viendrez grossir les rangs de l'équipe Application Design de Rayn et vous prendrez part à la réalisation des interfaces de l'application mobile et de notre site internet. Vous participerez à l'amélioration et l'évolution continue du produit, de la phase de cadrage en relation avec les différents Products Owners jusqu'à l'implémentation finale avec les développeurs et la livraisons sur les stores.
