Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Sous la responsabilité du responsable qualité externe et développement, veille tout au long des projets, qui lui sont attribués, à la qualité des développements et de leur industrialisation et s'assure de la cohérence par rapport aux objectifs.

Assure l'interface entre les clients, de son domaine, et le site.

Pilote le traitement des réclamations clients réceptionnées afin de corriger les défauts relevés et éviter toute récurrence. S'assure de la conformités aux spécifications, dans un soucis constant d'amélioration de la satisfaction client.
