    Job Description: AI Content Moderator (French - France)

    We are looking for skilled freelancers based in France (or with strong expertise in French–France language norms) to support advanced AI/LLM (Large Language Model) training and evaluation projects.

    This role involves linguistic data annotation, content evaluation, and content writing to help enhance the accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance of AI systems.

    This is a freelance, fully remote opportunity with flexible working hours.

    Key Responsibilities

    Linguistic Data Annotation

    • Review and annotate text datasets in French (France)
    • Identify grammar, spelling, and contextual errors
    • Classify and label text based on detailed guidelines
    • Flag biased, harmful, or culturally inappropriate content
    • Ensure consistency and accuracy throughout annotations

    AI Output Evaluation

    • Evaluate AI‐generated responses for:
    • Accuracy
    • Relevance
    • Naturalness
    • Cultural and contextual correctness (France‐specific)
    • Provide improvements, rewrites, and quality scores

    Content Writing & Editing

    • Create high‐quality French content such as prompts, stories, dialogues, explanations, etc.
    • Rewrite or paraphrase text to improve clarity and tone
    • Ensure content aligns with French (France) norms, expressions, and cultural expectations

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Native or near‐native proficiency in French (France)
    • Strong knowledge of French culture, idioms, expressions, and context
    • Excellent writing, editing, and linguistic judgment
    • Ability to follow detailed guidelines and work with annotation tools
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning
    • Comfortable reviewing content that may be sensitive in nature
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    Nice to Have

    • Background in linguistics, translation, literature, journalism, or related fields
    • Experience in data annotation, content moderation, localization, or AI evaluation
    • Familiarity with AI tools or LLM behavior patterns
