JOB SUMMARY:


  • Define CNS strategy aligned with the EUCAN region and Marketing team
  • Lead and develop Sales & Marketing team
  • Annual Budget management

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


MARKETING

  • Owner of the Brand plans
  • Implement marketing strategy and plans
  • Deep knowledge of market environment and therapeutic area specificities
  • Deliver innovative programs, materials and activities utilizing multichannel and digital marketing
  • Ensure identification of individual market requirements
  • Input to and elaborate sales forecast in line with product lifecycle, market environment product strategy.
  • Ensure strong budgetary management in line with agreed levels, liaising closely with agencies to ensure budget targets are met

SALES

  • Achievement of the annual sales target
  • Management of the annual budgeting for sales activities and delivery of expenditure within agreed levels
  • Management and development of the CNS KAMs and Marketers to ensure optimal performance, inclusive of defined monthly infield coaching days
  • Formulate and gain approval of the quarterly SIP and annual objectives for the team and monitor monthly performance to targets
  • Drive account management excellence, review/ approve key account plans and ensure completion of Key account activity across functions.
  • Work with other relevant functional teams to ensure alignment of account activities relating to shared HCP relationships and coordinate the management of these customers for the mutual benefit of all functions
  • Ensure the team are fully trained on desired communication model and adhere to the model in aspects of their calls and activities
  • Drive full utilization of all promotional tools and provide training on the effective use of these tools where required
  • Train and develop team members in all aspects of territory and account management
  • Development of the annual sales strategy and infield tactics in collaboration with the marketing and medical teams and in alignment with the annual Business Plan
  • Provide inspirational leadership to a top performing team
  • Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies and standards, and within appropriate country regulations and compliance guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 10 years of relevant commercial experience (preferably in the medical device or oncology field), preferably in a midsize to large law firm or other relevant inhouse experience
  • Expected to include travel (up to 30% of time) primarily on the field and also on EUCAN meetings.
  • Perfect command of French both written and spoken
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written; any additional language is an asset

Knowledge:


  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Must work confidently, proactively and assertively with a high level of independence
  • Good judgement, ability to adapt and change in a shifting environment
