Opened in December 2020, the
MONCLER Champs-Elysées Store became the brand's biggest flagship worldwide.

This dynamic and vibrant example of MONCLER excellence is now looking for one Talent to join the brand's Manager in Training (MIT) graduate program.

A Moncler MIT is a young professional with a consistent academic background, who will be trained and developed to quickly achieve the skills necessary and an overall expertise to cover every managerial position within the most iconic MONCLER Flagship Store.

The MIT Development Program is a unique learning experience and extraordinary fast-track journey at the heart of our Maison, which will kick-start your successful international career in luxury retail.

Our chosen MIT will be trained on four main pillars:

BUSINESS

Selling, Clienteling, After Sales, CRM data analysis and reporting

STORE IMAGE
Windows & Display, Visual Appropriateness, Product Knowledge

OPERATIONS
Systems & Processes, Stock, Administration

TEAM MANAGEMENT
Organization, Engagement, Development

Our ideal Manager in Training should strive for excellent individual results as well as partnering with the rest of the store's energetic and passionate team in order to achieve its goals.

Requirements:

Young talented graduates from toplevel Hospitality and Business Schools;
Multicultural background;
Fluency & sophistication in English and French, any additional language proficiency would be a great advantage for the role;
Previous significant working experience in Luxury or Hospitality;
Passion for Retail and Luxury Fashion
Willingness to travel and relocate in Europe or even worldwide.
