Role Overview

We are looking for:

We count on you for:

Managing and delivering global WAN support to over 200 sites worldwide, including facilitating all WAN service requests and handling incident resolutions as an L
As the WAN Service Owner, you will manage the evolution of WAN services, change requests/implementation with suppliers, and provide architect technical solutions in accordance with demands.
Additionally, you will ensure best practices and worldwide policy conformance, manage and contribute to WANrelated projects, manage service levels, and lead a team that comprises both internal and external resources.
Contract management with the support of the procurement and vendor management team is also a part of your responsibility.

Expertise in WAN technology, troubleshooting, designing, and optimizing WAN service performance, utilities, and reliability.
You will act as a global technical expert and point of contact for WAN technology, managing supplier coordination within the organization for incident and change management.
Furthermore, you will ensure that service management is under control via cost and supplier management, and have work experience in managing regional projects.
