    Job Description

    You join Natixis' central compliance department, as coordinator for topics related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) regulations, you work within the central team in charge of regulatory monitoring work, drafting of regulatory policies and procedures, and raising employee awareness of regulatory issues.

    On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

  • Playing a role of transversal regulatory expertise within the compliance department on ESG topics, in liaison with the compliance teams of the business lines and regional platforms. In this regard, you contribute to the analysis of the regulatory texts relating to ESG issues with the support of the employees of the regulatory and procedural watch team;
  • Contribute to operationalizing the role of the compliance function in the implementation of Natixis' target ESG organisation model, in liaison with the various internal stakeholders concerned (ESR, ESG/ experts in the business lines, etc.);
  • Coordinate, within the compliance department, the structuring of a system adapted to control the risks of non-compliance with ESG requirements;
  • Ensure awareness and training of compliance teams and businesses on ESG regulatory issues.

    You are familiar with:

    • Recognized for your legal thinking and synthesis;

    • Curious and rigorous and you enjoy working as a team;

    • Able to federate.
