Private Chalet Chef in Méribel, France.Salary - €650 Per week.
We are excited to be recruiting for a talented Chalet Chef to join a luxury chalet in Méribel, France.
The stunning chalet is 6 bed and can sleep up to 14 people.
- Have fine dining experience
- Have a passion for food presentation and flavour
- Be able to work to a budget
- Be able to cater for all ages and dietary requirements
- Be able to create and design a 5 day, 3 course evening menu with canapes
- Be able to deliver a 5* standard at all times
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be required to cook to a high standard of cuisine including: breakfast, afternoon tea cakes, canapes and a 3 course evening meal followed by cheese and port.
