Your responsibilities:
As a team manager you are responsible for:
- Lead the French DFT team
- Maintain and develop an efficient org and skillset structure for your team.
- Develop individuals and overall team for future success (nurture deep skillsets, foresee future trends in DFT architecture and methodology)
- Maintain strong relation to local and global management, HR and administrative function.
- Integrate your team in a collaborative environment of the world wide R&D team.
- Be a strong interface to project management organization, Architecture and methodology teams, business teams as well as test
- Oversee and guide the project from a DFT architecture and methodology perspective
- Contribute to some technical solutions
- Ensure delivery content, timelines and quality are met according to commitments.
