Want to make your mark on an international brand's digital footprint?


We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Growth Marketer to help us drive growth via Search engine Marketing and Social Media Advertising channels and get our brand in front of the right people.

Your new role:


You will be the owner of SEA and SMA channels responsible for campaigns management from ideation to performance optimization, improving user experience on our website and ultimately driving high-intent B2B leads.

You will work closely with the content team to help improve our keywords ranking and ensure our website is following best SEO practices.


This role is perfect for someone who is a strategic and creative thinker, loves deep-diving into the data to identify areas of opportunity and has a keen analytical mind to help us pin down the numbers that matter most in achieving our targets.


It's a hands-on role so we are looking for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves, enjoys working on a wide range of challenges and has a figure-it-out mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


What the role covers:


  • Creating and maintaining SEA and SMA campaigns from keyword research, ad copywriting to A/B testing, optimization and analysing of results
  • Building engaging, mobilefriendly and crossbrowsercompatible landing pages
  • Setting up reporting to help analyse performance and highlight key trends
  • Monitoring and continuously improving our keyword positioning in all 4 territories (US, France, UK and Germany) in collaboration with the content team
  • Managing user experience on our WordPress website and helping ensure all pages are fully SEO optimized
  • Fixing any minor website design or performance issues in collaboration with our web development partners and UX design team
  • Helping identify and evaluate new channels, tools, technologies, and tactics to improve customer acquisition


You will also have opportunities to work on other aspects of our Demand Generation strategy so you can grow professionally and learn new things in the ever-evolving field of marketing.


Who we're looking for:


To be considered for the role, you must have at least 2-3 years of experience in SEA and SMA campaign management and a solid understanding of SEO best practices.


Our marketing team is a small but integral part of the company, which is why we need someone proactive, self-driven and able to take ownership of their role.

We're looking for a team player, who will be happy to work closely with the content team and be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical teammates.


The must have's:


  • Strong analytical skills and passion for numbers
  • Mastery of analytical tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush and Search Console
  • Ability to identify trends and turn data into hypotheses and actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of the Google ads ecosystem (algorithm, bid strategies, measurements etc.)
  • Creativity and ability to build and optimize SEA and SMA campaigns that convert
  • Ability to build engaging landing pages and work with CSS and HTML
  • Experience running A/B testing and experimentation
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and keyword ranking strategies
  • WordPress CMS management experience
  • Desire to learn and interest in new technologies and emerging trends
  • Ability to manage your own time, take initiative and work independently within a distributed team
  • Good English and French language skills

Bonus points if you have:


  • Experience working in a B2B environment (extra points for IoT/Tech sector experience)
  • Google Data Studio setup experience
  • Google Tag Manager skills
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles
  • PHP skills
  • Interest in automation/integration tools like Integromat or Zapier or ability to work with API queries
