We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Studio Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Studio Coordinator will play a pivotal role for the opening and ongoing management of the daily operations of our brand-new Paris creative studio.

This role involves coordination and implementing routines and streamlined operational processes within the studio.

The Studio Coordinator will work closely with out Creative Director as well as being in close contact with our other HQ offices to support on global initiatives and support where needed.


What you'll do:


  • Support the organization and take the lead on setting up our new office space, ensuring it reflects our brand aesthetic and functional requirements
  • Implement new processes to optimize working methods and the internal organization of the studio, working closely with the Creative Director
  • Manage the procurement of supplies and equipment, adhering to budget constraints, and ensuring timely deliver
  • Support LE finance process and track expense accurately
  • Ensure an elevated office environment/showroom; arrange necessary repairs and organization
  • Participate on the creation of the global studio agenda (collection plans)
  • Participate in the creation of the global studio agenda and contribute to collection briefs
  • Plan and execute office events and activities to foster a collaborative and vibrant workplace culture
  • Liaise with building management and all office related 3rd parties as first point of contact
  • Coordinate and ensure office security management related to fobs/keys, alarm codes, building passes etc. with Senior Security Manager
  • Focus on the Collection
  • Reports to the Collection Director
  • Ensures communication between Toronto, Paris, and Zug
  • Assists the Collection Director in organizing meetings and planning (with external designers, fabric team, Toronto team)
  • Responsible for collection boards (fabrics, fittings, line plan)
  • Books models and organizes fittings
  • Assists Collection Director in communicating input and updates regarding fabrics with fabric team (technical language required)
  • Responsible for taking notes during fittings and meetings (technical language required)
  • Manage coordination of all shipping and freight
  • Assist with calendar and expense management of the creative team
  • Support special projects as needed and undertake additional duties as required.

Qualifications Let's Talk About You**:


  • Fashion sensibility, fabric knowledge, understanding of garment construction
  • Demonstrated ability in an Office Manager / Studio Coordinator role within the fashion industry
  • Previous experience working in a creative office environment
  • Preferred experience in a fast pace, international environment working in a complex matrix
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word and Excel
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain the privacy of confidential information
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
  • Highly organized, strong communicator and works well independently
  • High level of personal accountability standards
  • Able to manage competing demands and prioritize effectively
  • Creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
