What you'll do & Who you are

A/ Corporate:

Business Reviews, Adex / Board presentations... with focus on Recommerce, in coordination with Finance and Verticals/teams
Quarterly results (Q&A etc.), support to the FP&A team if needed
Ad hoc data requests, with strong data skills and a great responsiveness
Key stakeholders contact point
Communication skills, both in coordination with leboncoin and Adevinta teams (Marketing and coms, events, internal comms, finance, HR...)

B/ Strategy & Projects:

GM / ExCom support: partnership meetings, preparation of speeches, release of figures, ad hoc analyses, internal event organization (seminar etc.)
GM ad hoc analyses / requests / external studies coordination when needed
Excom All Hands presentation, in collaboration with internal comms
Excom seminars and offsites
ELT meetings and presentation if needed
Strategic Recommendations, transversal strategy projects (e.g. gift cards leboncoin)
BU preparation, focus on Recommerce
France

OKR:
definition, tracking, alerting

Coordination of crossfunctional projects (e.g. business model convergence project with 55 consulting firm) incl. external and internal stakeholders
Costrat coordination

C/ Competitive Intelligence:

Inform the Excom members of latest updates concerning our activities as a generalist platform macro trends (details by vertical in each vertical)
France

annual review (compiling vertical/team BRs)

Adhoc analysis

D/ Others:

Onboarding presentation to present Adevinta /France, support to the HR team

Skills:

Experience with budget management, data driven, strong data skills
Proven success in a project coordination role
Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication, communication skills and very well organized
Consulting experience with a focus on operations management is a plus
