    • Conduct interviews and guided discussions to help clients understand emotions, behaviors, and relationship dynamics.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
    • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation, including progress notes and evaluations.
    • Provide counseling and guidance on relationship issues, parenting challenges, separation, and financial or household stressors.
    • Contribute professional insights to train and improve AI tools supporting mental health services.
    • Collaborate with remote teams and leadership to maintain effective communication and service delivery.

    Requirements

    • Professional experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist with strong clinical documentation practices.
    • Proficiency in medical billing and practice management software, including PMA, EZ2Bill Confidant, EZClaim, Psych Advantage, Medisoft, SumTime, and SOS Case Manager.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Google Meet, and Zoom.
    • Ability to develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with empathy and clarity.
    • Comfortable working remotely using digital collaboration tools.
    • Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary and technology-driven environments.
