Description

Responsible for the driving and implementing of the service strategy as well as operations, growth, monitoring, reviewing, analyzing and reporting of the market conditions as well as customer strategies and competitor activities.


  • Key areas of responsibilities:
  • Identifying and managing the marketing and sales investments necessary in order to increase market penetration, as well as entering a new market segment whilst build customer awareness.
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of service sales and strategy.
  • Implementing the agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the day to day service operations, reviewing and supervising the Service delivery and project execution.
  • Seeking to maintain a strong relationship with customers, sales representatives, production, and distribution departments to ensure growth, improvement and productivity.
A Team Leader (M2) supervises professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and may also supervise some para-professional employees


Responsibilities typically include:

  • Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
  • Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex.
  • Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
