You will work for Worldline's Financial Services Global Business Line.

We offer our clients (mainly Financial companies but also retailers) lots of solutions around client/advisor interactions (chatbot, secured messaging, mobile and web interfaces for card management,), security and trust (Strong Authentication, Access Control,) but also new solutions for payment interactions (Account to Account, Digital Currencies,).

Your day to day responsabilities

As an applicant Product & UX/UI designer you will work closely with other product designers, product managers, marketing teams, management and developers.

In this role you will shape our existing and future product portfolio and design inclusive, accessible, frictionless and efficient products experiences and interfaces.

Your day-to-day work and discovery will let:

You conduct design sprints and UX sessions
You plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
You create user stories, personas and storyboards
You develop prototypes and wireframes using online collaborative tools
You present, explain and onboard the stakeholders into your choices
You extend and improve our portfolio through your designs and our Design System
You coordinate the work with other designers and relevant stakeholders

Signs of success

You deliver high quality UX designs
Your design improvements, based on user research insights, are implemented
You collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders

Who are you ?

You are the good apprentice if:

You have sophisticated skills in using Figma and prototyping tools
You have experience in the use of 'Design Thinking'
You have experience with UI Design
You have experience with UI coding
You have an interest for AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc)
