Your challenges:


Main tasks & responsibilities:


  • Interacts with client peers to understand their daily work, the way to digitalize their current way of working, the existing Application environment and their IT and business environment, challenges and strengths.
  • Defines with the customers and position the best digital solution around Agnet and Situation Awareness solutions to meet their operational needs and optimize their mission management.
  • Understands current technology, standard Airbus' customer environment, cloud computing, and shared services, and advise clients on leading practices.
  • Influences the Agnet, Critical Communication Platform and Situation awareness roadmap to take into account the customer needs by writing use cases and user stories.
  • Organizes associated marketing activities and follow up.
  • Participates to commercial milestones (customer presentation and demo, offers, integration negotiation).

Qualifications:


Competences (with at least 3 years experience):

  • Demonstrates understanding of customer processes & environment as well as of the detailed use cases of the end users.
  • Demonstrates understanding of business processes and familiar with creative business strategy, assessments (i.e. feasibility studies, business cases and/or cost/benefit, project sizing and costing, and current state analysis/needs assessments).
  • Has a strong business, technical, analytical, problem solving and verbal as well as written communication skills.
  • Has experiences in different IT environments, including SaaS environment
  • Knows the software development practice, concepts/methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile, Iterative), and technology
  • Knows the business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle
  • Has a sound understanding of IT security & associated tools
  • Commercial capacity (demo, Proof of Concept, support sales strategy,..).

Technologies/Tools knowledge:


Skills and Education:


  • Education & Languages
  • Engineering or University technical studies.
  • Complementary commercial / sales education is an advantage.
  • Fluent in French and English.
Experience

  • Sales and / or commercial support experience.
  • Past experience in public safety (law enforcement, fire & rescue) considered as plus
