Job description

Les missions principales sont d'accueillir le client, prendre les réparations et proposer des solutions personnalisées et satisfaisantes tout en étant garant du meilleur service.

Vous serez affecté au département service après-vente du Faubourg. ce poste est à temps partiel (les samedis).

**Dans le détail, voici les missions proposées**:

- Recevoir / accueillir le client
- Prendre les réparations
- Soutenir les vendeurs sur les sujets SAV
- Diagnostiquer et analyser le produit déposé
- Suivre les délais et les devis de réparation
- Gérer les priorités (urgences)
- Être l'interface avec les assistants commerciaux du SAV de Bobigny
- Contrôler le produit après réparation
- Être le contact direct avec les artisans locaux des différents métiers (Mode, Cuir, Horlogerie, Bijouterie)
- Accompagner le client dans le magasin
- Assurer une présence back office et une présence terrain (50/50)

**Profil**:

- Niveau de diplôme Bac +2 et/ou expérience réussie dans la vente
- Excellente présentation et élocution
- Dynamique, enthousiaste avec un excellent relationnel
- Goût du challenge et de la vente
- Anglais courant indispensable
