IT Cost Controller - Paris, France - SCOR
Description
Yours missions will be to:
- Ensure the follow up, control and analysis of IT costs
- Monitor quarterly closings in collaboration with the Accounting
- Contribute to IT costs optimization
- Contribute to the IT costs modele
- IT costs follow up, control and analysis
Monitor day-to-day IT expenses: update of cost tracking and analysis file:
Control and approve IT purchase orders in Ariba (SCOR's P2P tool), checking consistency vs. budget and relevant allocations for cost analytics
Provide quarterly and annual forecasts ; review with P2P team and IT operationals
- Identify and analyze the variance between actuals & budget
Participate in budget preparation: consolidation of operational requests, formalization, analysis of changes, review with operationals

Follow up of Capex projects: extraction from SAP, analysis

Follow up of amortizations: extraction from SAP, analysis, projections
- Produce dashboards for IT operationals.
- Quartely closings
Ensure quarterly closings in collaboration with Accounting department:
- Be the main point contact with Accounting departement
Give instructions to Accounting department about accruals, prepaid expenses, launch of project amortization
- IT costs optimization
Participate in the optimization of IT expenses as part of the 2026 strategic plan:
- Ensure good consistency of IT costs in terms of price and consistency
- Be able to constructively challenge IT operationals
- IT costs modele
Be able to update and run the IT cost model (ABC) implemented in a dedicated tool (ValoptiaABC), in order to allocate IT expenses by service (TCO) and recharge IT services to Scor entities

Provide the necessary data related to the yearly IT costs Benchmark ; attend annual reviews; prepare/produce documentation for KPIs
Required experience & competencies
- At least 3 years of experience as cost controller, experience in IT controlling will be appreciated
- Fluent in French and English
- Interested by IT environment and technical topics behind numbers
- Excellent mastery of Excel and Power BI
- Good knowledge in other Microsoft tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP is appreciated
