Job Summary:


As a member of the Food and Beverage teams of one of our restaurants in table service or buffet, you will ensure the welcoming of our guests in accordance with the standards of excellence defined by Disneyland Paris.

Responsibilities:


Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Providing a warm welcome to all our visitors upon their arrival in one of our restaurants and guide them to their table
  • Manage the reservation software
  • Communicate different information to our visitors (waiting time, allergens, specific requests...)
  • Optimize the filling of the restaurant by implementing all the actions limiting the waiting time (straightening of the tables, permanent communication with the referent of the service...)

Do you have the right profile?

  • You have very good relationship skills as well as the ability to communicate in an international environment
  • You are a team player in all circumstances
  • You are flexible and can be scheduled from 6:30 am to 2:00 am, weekdays and weekends
  • You have a minimum level of B2 in French and B1 in English. An A2 level in a third European language is appreciated.

Additional Information:
These contracts are for permanent positions or fixed term contracts, 35h/week Monday to Sunday.
The interviews will be held virtually for positions located in Marne-La-Vallée.
