We are looking for a Trainee - Scraps and reworks rate improvement thanks to applied datascience methods (M/F) to join our team
During a 4 months internship, you will have the opportunity to:

Contribute to the development of digital solutions,
Implement those solutions in an international context,
Validate the results carried out in the factory.

You will be working on challenges that matter

Your missions:

In the context of the current automotive industry transformation, Forvia is more than ever interested in maximizing its manufacturing lines performance.

More specifically, scrap and rework rates might be improved.

Our final goal is to be able to predict the ideal setup parameters of machines tanks to the analysis of historical data.

In this regard, you will handle the responsibility of:

Collecting data coming from various sources (robots and equipment, ERP, quality, etc).
Developing the 1st level of data processing (visualization, consolidation of automatic dashboards)
Defining a methodology to identify the optimum parameters for a given technology,
Validating the identified setup in the shopfloor,
Proposing and developing advanced methods that will automatically define the ideal set of parameters for other technologies.
