Chief Financial Officer

VCLS is currently in search of an outstanding CFO to join our talented and ambitious Executive Management team in continuing to improve, develop and grow VCLS.

Role overview

Ensure robust and reliable bookkeeping processes across all group entities (300 people, 9 countries)
Provide financial statements and reporting to meet statutory and management needs
Supervise financial performance across countries and business unites
Implement and enforce procedures to limit financial risks in daytoday operations
Manage Budget/Forecast processes and monitor achievement vs targets
Oversee Group treasury in line with Management guidelines
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections for client services
Document and adhere to transfer pricing guidelines between Group entities
Provide analysis and action plans to optimize operations
Manage cash and funding aligned with Group objectives
Assist management in external growth operations
Recruit, manage, train and develop the Finance team
