Purpose:

Support of Accounting activities (Flows/ Financial transaction / Analysis) related to SAP
To ensure that the SAP S4/HANA ERP system supports safe, efficient and effective business processes in his/her functional area of responsibility.
Support accounting team for Fixed Assets and Tax calculation (VAT, TF, CFE, TICFE, TICGN, IS )

Key Activities:

Referent for FI / CO Moduls in France in/with support of Master key user and financial team,
Supports business users of the SAP S4/HANA ERP system,
Shares system knowledge with business users.
Approves new/revised functional requirements of the ERP system, ensuring continuing overall consistency of system functionality.
Acts as a key point of liaison with TCX SAP group Master Key User.
Processes change requests and incidents solving these in a controlled, agreed and errorresistant manner, in accordance with the defined IT standards and procedures.
Review of CAPEX and calculation of Fixed Assets for amortization (IFRS and French GAAP)
Support for calculation of Taxes and Chart of Accounts definitions (accounting background)

Personal Attributes:

Professional skills in accounting and tax
IT skills with accounting and tax knowledge, with a global view of the company IT architecture
SAP S4HANA (CO / FI) would be a plus
Fluent in written and spoken English
Well Organized, Persistent, Detailed thinker

Positive and reliable person able to communicate clearly with colleagues, able to lead

Academic standard required:

Financial /controlling background
Bac +5 (Master Degree), or equivalent professional qualification.

Professional Experience required:

At least 3/5 years in financial department in international manufacturing organisation with a strong involvement with SAP ERP.
