Junior Financial Controller

Roles and Responsibilities

Record and process accounting entries
Integration of supplier invoices into internal software
Monitoring and accounting of expenses
Ensure payment of supplier invoices and expenses and collect appropriate signatures for payments.
Update supplier accounts and perform monthly reconciliations
Enter receipts
Updating customer accounts, carrying out reconciliations and reminders if necessary
Preparation of VAT returns
Preparation of tax returns
Preparation work for the monthly closing (commissions, stocks, etc.)
Assist in the processing of balance sheets and P&L, end of fiscal year work for the annual close under the supervision of the Financial Director
