As a Program Manager, you'll be joining a new team responsible for ensuring growth on the global and national shipper groups, focusing on seamless new business implementation, and ultimately materializing into the expected return on revenue and TGM.

You'll be collaborating closely with the global key account manager; and with central support teams, such as shipper growth
- and shipper onboarding team, to ensure all internal stakeholders work towards aligning our customers' needs to our vision in changing market conditions that result in a profitable relationship.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Liaise primarily with internal stakeholders within the respective country office to prepare for upcoming allocations and ensure a successful start and an overall bestinclass customer experience.
  • Work with stakeholders across Pricing, Sales, Ops, Carrier, Legal, and others.
  • Own the smooth implementation of new shipper allocations by ensuring that all the needed information is collected and distributed to operational and business stakeholders internally.
  • Proactively identify process improvements, determine root causes/roadblocks, and design solutions to significantly improve business processes.
  • Work to raise issues and ensure clear ownership for those starting from the rampup period throughout the handover to operations.
  • Measure early lifecycle revenue attainment and margin.
  • Influence decisionmaking and strategy with internal leadership teams.
  • Manage tough but necessary conversations with internal stakeholders.

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE

  • At least 1 year of experience in managing projects or new clients' implementation
  • Experience in the transportation logistics industry
  • Previous experience in managing diverse stakeholders (junior, midlevel and senior)
  • Handson mentality, thinking outofthebox to turn painpoints into valueadds
  • A holistic mindset, understanding clients' implications beyond individual accounts
  • A processoriented mindset
  • A general understanding on load lifecycle and operational steps related to each phase
  • Excellent English and French language skills
