    SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER – NICHE FRAGRANCES, CDI H/F

    LUXURY DIVISION, PARIS

    We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Global Niche Fragrances team. As Coty niche brands' Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies for INFINIMENT COTY PARIS, Jil Sander and Tiffany & Co to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among our target audience. You will report to the Senior digital manager and collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives and marketing campaigns.

    RESPONSABILITIES:

    As our Social Media Manager you will be responsible of:

  • Developing and implementing a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across all relevant platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Chinese platforms (Red, Weibo and Wechat).
  • Coordinating with our agency to produce compelling and visually stunning content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that showcase our luxury fragrances, brand story, and lifestyle, plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content that resonates with our audience and aligns with brand identity.
  • Monitoring social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Capitalizing on dedicated partners to amplify brand reach and cultivating authentic relationships within the luxury fragrance community.
  • Analyzing social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing content and strategy accordingly.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms and tools, providing recommendations for innovation and growth.
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, DTC... to ensure alignment and integration of social media initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of our brand values, voice, and aesthetic, ensuring consistency and authenticity in all social media communications.

    YOU ARE A COTY FIT

    As an experienced Social Media Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (+5 years) managing social media accounts for luxury brands, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop visually captivating content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A passion for luxury fragrances and an understanding of the luxury consumer mindset.
