What you do
You will work in the "Organizational Management" department based in Saint-Ouen. The department is in charge of steering global IT projects across all lines of business of Allianz Partners.

You will be part of the "Insurance" team, which oversees Insurance initiatives (Travel, Banks, etc.) and acts as the main interface between Global functions and Business Units on one hand and Allianz Technology on the other hand.


The Demand management role is critical to the success of Insurance initiatives, as it ensures the prioritization and planning of demands, along with the optimization of business benefits of planned investments.

As a Demand Management analyst, you will have the opportunity to help shape the global investment view. You will be expected to work closely with multiple stakeholders all over the company (Global and regional Business stakeholders, Delivery PO/BA teams, IT providers, etc.)


Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring the consolidation and tracking of the regional and global demands pipeline for Insurance line of Business (Strategic programs, projects, enhancements, change requests, etc.), while working closely with the Global and Regional demand managers
  • Supporting the Global demand manager in driving the prioritization forums with the key stakeholders, from the operational level to the board level, and prepare the quarterly business review
  • Defining and maintain a 3month roadmap along with the delivery teams
  • Ensuring a good tracking of the consulting and IT investments
  • Oversee the relationship with the external & IT providers (contracts, purchase orders, etc.) and liaise with the accounting team for invoicing
  • Participating in the deployment of the new demand management process, while ensuring a good overall governance and change management

What you bring

  • Strong experience in Demand Management, Project management, PMO and/or a consultancy role
  • Experience in Budget monitoring and IT cost management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven organizational, and value driven mindset skills, with high problemsolving capabilities
  • Ability to inspire and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization with diverse & different cultures across the globe
  • Knowledge of Agile software development tools and methodologies, and excellent skills in Jira, PPT and Excel
  • Master's degree in information technology or Business administration or an equivalent degree
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication in English. French or German is a plus.
