Over the last few years, Slite has been laying the foundation for a truly exceptional product, establishing itself as the first _knowledge base on autopilot_.

We have positioned our product strongly in the market, which sets the stage for further growth and success.

Now we need to fine-tune our GTM strategy to proactively fill our sales pipeline with more high-quality opportunities. We aim to attract and convert these prospects into successful customers.



As an
Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in this.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who is excited about owning their pipeline and shaping the way we do sales at Slite.

What's my mission?


Slite is seeking an exceptional individual contributor to join our team as an
Account Executive. As a key member of our GTM team, your role will encompass various responsibilities; including outbound prospecting, delivering product demos, and converting deals.

This unique opportunity allows you to shape the future of Slite and have a significant impact on our revenue and our success.



In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed your revenue targets.
  • Prospect potential clients and generate leads, using a variety of tools and resources.
  • Conduct qualification calls and product demos with qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • Handle quotes, negotiation, and closing of deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the GTM team, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Support, to guarantee team goals are achieved and ensure the best possible customer experience.
What do I need?

  • You have 1+ years of experience running full sales cycles with SMB and MM companies in an underdog (<100 employees) B2B SaaS company.
  • You have a hunter mindset and can generate new opportunities to supplement your pipeline.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Your communication skills in written and spoken English are exceptional.
  • You have a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to change.
  • You're creative, resourceful, autonomous, pragmatic, goaloriented, and wellorganized.

BONUS

  • You're proficient in one or more additional European languages.
  • You have experience with Sales Engagement platforms like Outreach, Apollo, or Salesloft.
