We are recruiting a trainee in R&D Innovation for our French entity (270 employees).

JOB DESCRIPTION

The mission of the innovation team is to enable the promotion of Takasago's fragrance innovation & technological developments for new business opportunities.

The innovation Department in a Fragrance House (Fine Fragrance, Home & Personal Care) has the role of service and advice to its different interlocutors, internal (sales force, Marketing, Creative department) and external to customers.

You will be collaborating and learning with a passionate team.

So you, in this position, will be reporting to the Innovation Director and would be expected to participate in an independent and responsible manner in the following areas:

Responsible for managing innovation portfolio and able to make recommendations on projects, identifying gaps, and translating customer requirements into consumer unmet needs.
Developing business cases for new innovation and business.
Working on product knowledge and identify new news.
Partners on process development, client submission and presentations.
The role will also include portfolio management of innovation and collections

PROFILE AND SKILLS

Full of energy, curious, creative and selfmotivated. You show effectiveness with mínimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and efficiency with strong attention to details.
Ability to influence & roll out fragrance concepts and ideas quickly in a fast moving environment.
Solid notions and interested in products and fragrance.
Team collaborator with good interpersonal skills.
Good skills in English communication, presentation and writing.
