Bandai Namco Europe (BNEU) is a leading global publisher and developer of entertainment content for platforms including all major video game consoles and PC.


BNEU is building its reputation with franchises such as ELDEN RING, LITTLE NIGHTMARES, THE DARK PICTURES ANTHOLOGY, and the upcoming UNKNOWN 9 Awakening - developed by the recently acquired Reflector Entertainment based in Montreal, QC.


Part of the Japanese Bandai Namco group, an entertainment industry leader with a presence in video games, toys and amusement parks, Bandai Namco Europe has 15 international offices with operations in 50 countries around the world.


Poste:


Within the Digital Sales team, you will support our Account Managers in their daily missions which include the sales management of our products on digital platforms, as well as handling the launch and the lifecycle of our titles.


Your principal responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Attend both internal (Sales, Marketing, CRM, Social Media) and external meetings (Partners, Providers, etc.) and work on meeting minutes
  • Create the lineup documents which enable our clients to have visibility on Bandai Namco portfolio
  • Contribute to the creation of sales reporting and keep a track of it
  • Coordinate internal teams (Creative, Social, CRM, etc.) to relay promotional activities (social posts, web articles, sales. page, etc.) and increase the visibility of Bandai Namco portfolio
  • Support the Key Account Managers in the daily management of their platforms (product update, product removal, etc.)
  • Conduct market research, promotion analysis and other types of studies to understand the company's performance and monitor market trends
This internship will allow you to have experience in digital sales in the gaming industry.

The list of missions above is non-exhaustive, and the intern will be given more responsibilities gradually, should they become autonomous rapidly.


Profil:


  • Currently enrolled in a master's degree specializing in sales, marketing or project management
  • A first experience in sales/marketing/digital department is highly appreciated
  • Highproficiency in English, French is a plus
  • Highproficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of videogame digital platforms
  • A genuine interest in the gaming industry is appreciated
  • Curiosity
  • Good communication skills
  • Rigor
  • Proactivity and willingness to handle various tasks
  • Ability to adapt quickly
  • Team spirit

***Location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)

Contract:
full-time internship for 6 months (no work-study program)


Start date:
July 2024


Remuneration:
dependent on degree level (from €900 up to €1,100 per month)
