Location: Paris, France - 3 days on-site per week

SAP Archiving Expert required to join one of the worlds leading global brands based in Paris, France, on an international scale S/4HANA programme.

Job Responsibilities and Skills required

• Expert of the archiving matter in SAP. Able to active action plans, recommendations related to local regulations
• Analyse the database and identify archiving objects
• Perform consistency checks between MM and FI
• Schedule regular jobs for deleting administration data (for example, spool data)
• Determine system environment
• Agree on a time plan
• Define demands on archived data and archiving objects
• Draw up order concept
• Consult the relevant SAP Notes
• Set up configuration and Customising
• Perform archiving in the test system
• Test the archiving functions
• Start write and deletion programs
• Log archiving results
• Analyse and post process the list of errors
• Check technical concept
• Determine archiving cycle and variants
• Prepare production system for archiving
• Perform archiving in the production system
• Test the archiving functions
• Release productive archiving: perform write jobs
• Perform a data backup
• Plan and start deletion programs
• Excellent communication skills in English
