Our Helm office in Paris La Defense, Business Unit Crop Nutrition / Fertilizers Europe & Asia, is looking for a Customer Service and Operations Coordinator (M/F/d)..

Description:

  • You will be responsible to oversee the delivery of goods which contains the logistics coordination of our vessels, communication with handlers to coordinate the unloading/management of goods, as well as quality control of goods and keeping the relationship with inspectors and supervisors.
  • In addition, you will handle the administrative aspects regarding clearance procedures which includes the preparation of customs clearance files, as well as the monitoring with customs commissioners.
  • Regarding stock management of goods, you will be entering necessary data in RCC / SAP, monitor the management of merchandise stocks and manage all incoming service provider invoices. Dealing with invoicing discrepancies between supplier invoicing & provisions also falls under your responsibility.
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for processing and ensure the execution of orders which contains data handling in RCC/SAP and Excel, keeping customers informed during the process and handle issues throughout the process.

Requirements:


  • You are figure
- and data oriented and already well versed in stock-monitoring.

  • Furthermore, you are experienced with Microsoft Office 365 tools, especially Microsoft Excel, and you are a fast learner when it comes to using a new software.
  • In addition, you have gained first experience in the field of commercial operations, and you are eager to build good commercial relationships.
  • Ideally you have gained experience with SAP or any other ERP system.
  • You like to take the initiative and you thrive in a handson environment, where it's key to demonstrate good judgement and managing priorities.
  • You have a positive mindset and know how to handle stressful situations.
  • Good English speaking
- and writing skills round up your profile.
