Main Tasks:

Performed analyses on high resolution mass spectrometer (Q-TOF) techniques for characterization of small molecules and polymers in coatings. Knowledge of packaging materials and migration of molecules thereof,
Knowledge on analytical chemistry and bioinformatic tools enabling identification of migrating compounds and compilation thereof. Translate chemical screening information for safety assessments of packaging materials. Provide assistance to Regulatory or R&D teams,
Solve coating problems using scientific approach. Develops analytical methods for analysis of coatings, raw materials, and coating defects,
Develops reports and documents detailing project processes, results, and conclusions and recommends additional actions,
Actively participate in relevant Expert Networks and collaborate with others in projects that are moderate to large in nature and independently carries out project tasks and provides professional technical support,
Maintain the good lab practice and repair on instrumentation to ensure data quality for performance.

Profile:

Ph. D or master's degree in analytical Science, Engineering or Chemical field, with ideally a first professional experience in the field (12 years)
Experience with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and highresolution mass spectrometry equipment required.
Experience with packaging (safety) is a plus.
Experience with others analytical technics is a plus
Knowledge on bioinformatic methodologies.
High motivation and leadership skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers both verbally and in written form (French and English).
