Description and Requirements

Have you always wanted to start working on something new? Are you communicative and do you enjoy speaking with customers? We have an ambitious plan to grow our presence in the French B2B smartphone market and that is why we need your help - you will play a key role in our growth plan

In this new role, you will report to our MBG General Manager France and will be part of our Motorola team.

Your main mission is to deliver growth by winning new clients and unleashing the full potential of our key partners.

What will be your tasks once you join our team? Generate new business and drive sales together with B2B accounts and our Lenovo team and Major Operators Lead partnership creation with all identified accounts and anticipate future customer needs Manage business development pipeline Maintain professional communication with management regarding pipeline, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities Own and manage forecast and reporting within the CRM tool Drive revenue, margins, and growth Control costs, protect/maintain margins in line with corporate objectives Manage device sales and support resources directly or indirectly in the development of advanced solution-selling concepts Formulate concrete plans, making sure that the skills of the Lenovo sales force in the sector are continuously upgraded Provide hands-on inspirational leadership to ensure that the business pulls in one direction to achieve targets and goals


Don't hesitate to send us your CV if you have: 5+ years of experience in a senior sales position preferably in the technology hardware industry Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales models Experience with customers/channel partners - confident to present & engage with Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively bringing in the right resources to bear at the right stage in the selling process Experience with technology products, ideally from Phone industry Strong influencer and confident presenter Good networking skills, facility in communicating across the complex matrix Good analytical approach - to be able to quickly draw conclusions for company data or market research Comfortable with financial management and P&Ls Fluency in English and French language
