- Advising management and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment and selection, terms of employment, performance management, labor law, and labor disputes.
- Coordinating recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Managing personnel administration, including maintaining personnel records, processing payroll, and tracking leave.
- Processing payroll, including calculating salaries, taxes, and social contributions in compliance with French laws and regulations.
- Identifying training and development needs and planning and coordinating training programs for employees.
- HR-related education
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR role, preferably in an international environment.
- Extensive knowledge of French labor law and HR practices.
- Experience with payroll processing in France, including knowledge of French taxes and social contributions.
- Strong communication and advisory skills, both verbally and in writing, in French and English.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

In this role you will support the French branch, where 25-30 employees work, divided into northern and southern regions. You will be based at the local office in Noyelles and will be part of the HR group for Europe.
