About the position


As Sales Ops, you will work closely with your manager (RevOps), to help us create and maintain smooth, effective processes and reporting systems across all operations, in particular customer success, marketing and sales.

You are part of a team with 4 CSM and RevOps.


Since we are a relatively small company, many things have yet to be set, invented, and discovered, and sometimes broken processes will have to be fixed.


Your responsibilities will be to:


  • Assess and optimize the use of various tools, such as Hubspot and Vitally, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and coordinate streamlined processes across departments like Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Aid the Business teams in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the product and processes.
  • Support the Business teams in educating prospects and clients about the product and its benefits.
  • Implement intelligent automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop project plans and coordinate resources internally to ensure the timely delivery of highquality work.
  • Take responsibility for training and educating team members across departments on the product, new processes, and solutions.
  • Generate collaterals for the Business Team, including Sales, Customer Success, Partners, etc.
This role can be either fully remote (France) or based in Montpellier or Paris.


About you:


  • You have at least 1 year of experience working in an operations/ process role, ideally with a first experience using Hubspot and/or Vitally and/or Salesforce ;
  • You are proficient in mapping business processes, flows : configuring workflows, fields, and objects and taking requirements from other team members to execute ;
  • You like to tinker with tools and find smart way to implement automation whenever possible;
