WHOLESALE SALES EXECUTIVE, FRANCE
The Wholesale Sales Executive is the key point of contact between Funko and our customers.

You will be responsible for answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products to the French region working towards a specific target.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Be the lead point of contact for French accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Oversee customer account management to ensure efficiency and maximize profit.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Analyze sales progress on monthly basis implementing salesdriven reactive approaches where applicable.
  • Develop business with new/existing clients & identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Prepare weekly reports on French account status.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new leads.
  • Pitch broad range of Funko products.
  • Research organisations & individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential for French market.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives with Marketing Team.
  • Ability to travel to meet customers in region, attend industry events / shows and visit the EMEA HQ in London as required.
  • Adhere to company values and confidential information policy.
  • Ensure continual contact with clients to inform them about new product developments.
  • Process orders when needed, deal with damages and short / over shipments.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:


  • Some experience in a sales role for another company.
  • Selfmotivated and organised individual.
  • Track record of achieving KPIs and target.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and think outside the box.
  • Proactive and timely delivery of tasks.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages.
  • Excellent customer service, engagement, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Be able to demonstrate a 'team player' ethic as well as working independently when required.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems (MS Dynamics NAV) desirable.
  • Fluency in French and English essential.
