To continue our growth and improve our digital presence, we are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our European marketing team , focusing on our South- Europe digital presence .

Your role

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will leverage digital platforms and tools to scale our marketing efforts.

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong digital marketing experience as you will own and grow the performance of all our South Europe websites , in terms of structure, content, SEO, and conversion.

Your key responsibilities will be to :

• Own the websites

• Align with Brand Managers on priorities, messaging, and web guidelines.

• Own CMS and content for all SE websites

• Create, localize, and update pages and assets for each country

• Ensure all content is compliant and MO-approved before go-live

• Build & optimise pages

• Build campaign and always-on landing pages focused on conversion.

• Run A/B tests and implement winners.

• Adapt navigation and flows to the South Europe user journey based on user data.

• Monitor web trends and competitor activities and make recommendations

• Drive SEO & traffic

• Implement on-page SEO/GAO

• Monitor rankings and organic traffic; fix issues and close gaps

• Analyze traffic sources and improve performance

• Track and report KPIs

About you

To be successful in this role, you will preferably come from a Com agency environment and demonstrate an ability to quickly grasp the existing digital presence and our needs according to the group s trategy.

We'd like you to have

• A proven experience building and growing a digital presence for international companies

• T he ability to set and analyse relevant indicators to i mprove our digital footprin t

• Knowledge of SEO tools

• Expertise in page design and use journey

• Fluency in English (C1), and preferably Spanish and/or French

You will also be

• S elf-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, and a flexible team-member

• Creative and able to think outside the box to find solutions to various problems

• A great communicator connecting with different parts of the business and the marketing team
