    Job Description

    Role - Senior QA Engineer

    Technology – Manual Testing, Test Automation, API Testing, CI/CD

    Location – Customer Office, Toulouse City, France (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

    Compensation – Competitive (including bonus)

    Your Role

    As our Senior QA Engineer, you are the guardian of quality across our entire platform. You don\'t just find bugs; you build the strategy and processes to prevent them. Blending deep technical expertise with a strategic vision, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and user experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Define and implement a risk‑based QA strategy balancing manual and automated testing
    • Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks (UI, API, performance)
    • Lead root‑cause analysis and collaborate closely with development teams
    • Champion a quality‑first mindset across agile teams
    • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best testing practices
    • Ensure seamless integration of QA processes within CI/CD pipelines

    Required

    • strong proficiency in French and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Mandatory onsite work: 3 days per week at the customer office in Toulouse, France.
    • 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
    • Strong hands‑on experience in manual and automation testing
    • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
    • Strong API testing experience using Postman or similar tools
    • Proficiency in JavaScript or Python
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
    • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes

    Preferred

    • Experience in SaaS or enterprise applications
    • Exposure to performance and security testing
    • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
    • Prior experience mentoring or leading QA activities
    • Experience working with distributed or global teams
