Roles and responsibilities
Your mission:
- You provide expert advice to Assets Manager and Bourbon Marine & Logistics Executive Committee regarding vessel integrity and capabilities.
- You optimize the Planned Maintenance Period (PMP) project management standards and methodologies.
- You prioritize and monitor tasks associated with vessel life cycle and technical safety, coordinating internal and external suppliers, providing external studies, and other relevant initiatives.
Main responsibilities:
'Vessels integrity and capabilities**:
- consolidation of decision making technical inputs (technical needs, risks & mitigations ) for assets manager and Executive Commitee
'Planned Maintenance Period project management standards and methods:
- implementation of industry best practices and cutting edge approaches (PMP project timeline, risks mitigation, cash forecast and management )
Vessels life-cyle works and GHG reduction initiatives:
- point of contact of BTS (works priorization when needed, BML expectations, works validations )
- technical support to operational excellence team for all related to technical safety and GHG reduction
'Vessels retrofit projects:
- definition and management of BML life extension survey project (condition assesment program approach)
- elaboration of retrofit scope of works (including GHG reduction solutions) and projects (discussions with yards and makers)
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
Project Management
Know-how to plan, manage and monitor project activity, schedules, resources allocation, time scales and timelines with associated budget in order to deliver on time, within budget and at the required quality level.
Interact & NetworkingTake diversity into account, manage change, use efficiently internal decision making circuits, contribute to continuous improvement, and is able to lead meetings at every level of the organization.
Know-how to develop internal & external network: identifying key contact, connecting, nurturing and building relationship and trust over time, using network to identify opportunities.
